Gaming outcomes are determined by random chance or skill as defined by game rules. No guarantee of gaming results is provided, and losses are not recoverable.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal information collected in registration, gaming, and service use is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Information is used for account management, regulatory compliance, approved marketing communications, and fraud prevention. Access, correction, or deletion requests for personal information are subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Modifications to Terms
